This shop is run by Blu Print Solutions LLC, an Arizona limited liability company based in Goodyear, Arizona. If you want to ask anything about your data, email hello@bluprintsolutions.net and a person will answer.

Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches this site and we never see or store it. Stripe collects what it needs to take the payment — typically your name, email address, card details and, where tax rules require it, your country or postcode.

Stripe processes that information as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

After a successful payment we can see your email address, what you bought, and the amount. We use it for exactly two things: delivering the product you paid for, and answering you if you need support.

Some products download straight from the confirmation page; others — SoloInvoice, for one — arrive as an email to the address you gave Stripe. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not email you marketing unless you have asked us to.

Your cart, and any brand settings you enter on the setup page, are stored locally in your own browser. They are not sent to us and we cannot read them. Clearing your browser storage clears them for good.

Our hosting provider records ordinary web-server information — IP address, time, page requested — as part of serving the site. We also rate-limit the checkout endpoint using the IP address our platform reports, so that nobody can script thousands of payment attempts. That check is transient and is not used to build a profile of you.

There is no analytics package on this site. No Google Analytics, no tracking pixels, no session recording, no advertising or retargeting tags, and no third-party cookies. Typefaces are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell a font provider you were here.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own marketing purposes. The only third parties involved are the ones it takes to run a shop: our payment processor and our host.

Order and payment records are retained for as long as tax and accounting rules require — for a small Arizona business that is generally several years. Support emails are kept while they are still useful for helping you, then deleted.

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are the one exception, and we will say so plainly if that applies.

These are business tools. The shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
