Own it or run it. Build on it. Don’t resell it as-is.

This shop is operated by Blu Print Solutions LLC, based in Goodyear, Arizona. Buying a product creates an agreement between you and Blu Print Solutions LLC.

When you buy a product, you get a license to use, edit, rebrand, extend, and ship it in your own work and your clients’ work, for as long as you like (Own it). On Run it, full use lasts while the plan runs, as set out below. You own your customizations.

You may not resell or redistribute a product as-is, or as a competing template or kit. The thing you ship should be your work built on top of mine, not a copy of mine.

Own it. Purchases are one-time. There is no subscription, no account you have to keep active, and no platform you have to stay on to keep using what you bought. Every version you download keeps working.

Run it. SoloInvoice offers an optional monthly plan, Run it. Run it is billed monthly in advance. The monthly price includes Arizona transaction privilege tax. Cancel any time; the month already paid runs to its end and is not refunded. Your invoices and exports stay yours. Manage or cancel at bluprintsolutions.shop/manage.

If you stop. After the month you paid for ends, your last key keeps the app fully working for up to 50 more days (36 days, plus 14 days of grace). Then it turns read-only until you paste a newer key: you can still open and export every invoice.

Offline. A key already on your device keeps working offline until the date signed into it plus the grace days, even after a cancel, a refund or a failed payment. AI drafting runs on our server and can stop sooner.

Products are provided as-is, without warranty beyond the refund policy. I work hard to make them solid, but you’re responsible for testing what you ship. To the extent allowed by law, Blu Print Solutions LLC isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card details.
