Refunds
Everything in the shop is a digital product that downloads the moment you pay. Here is how refunds work, written plainly.
Instant, digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically right after a successful payment. There is nothing to ship and nothing to return.
14-day refund window
If you have not downloaded the files, or the product is defective or materially not as described, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. We’ll make it right.
Because these are downloadable files that can be copied, we’re unable to refund a product after it has been downloaded — unless it is defective and we cannot fix it.
Defective or not as described
If something doesn’t work as described, contact us first. We’ll repair or replace the product. If we can’t resolve it, you’ll get a full refund — downloaded or not.
How to request a refund
Email hello@bluprintsolutions.net with your order email and what went wrong. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe.
